I created a weighted index to track the investment in datacenters through the returns of related stocks in chips (AI_chips), infrastructure hardware (AI_Servers), Datacenter REITS, Networking gear, Power and cooling, construction companies, and materials. It uses a weighted average of these which are somewhat arbitrary. 1 year and 3 year index shown. The only subplot not shown in the second and fourth images are the chips, NVIDIA and AMD, equally weighted. We all know these blew up. Not particularly worth showing.
Note, I am not an expert in this, just thinking about the AI boom and what some leading indicators may be.
