I keep hearing the term christian nationalist being thrown around, is it some new form of non denomination?

    2. We have no need for a national religion in America.

There’s a good argument to be made that Thomas Jefferson wasn’t a Christian. He seemed to be more deist.

You mean like Thomas Jefferson rewriting the Bible to have no religious elements in it?

Seriously, that’s some r/atheism shit right there

    5. Look, he’s sovereign. He’s not littering or dumpster diving, he’s engaging in waste disposal and commerce with his son

    6. The founding fathers were right tho. Mfs really think were gonna live in peace and harmony if everyone just went to church and prayed to J man but conveniently ignore what happened to Europe for almost 2000 years.

    7. Let’s ignore the fact that most of the independent states had state religions at the eve of the revolution, laaa-dee-daaa

    8. Excluding the part where not a single one was an atheist to our knowledge though quite a few where deists or at the least very lower case Christians.
