We really need a Presidential health-related flair….

I've had imaging tests done before, and they always-ALWAYS take time to explain what they're looking for and why. So. If Trump has no clue…it tells me that he's not actually making his own healthcare decisions and someone is making them for him, like a parent would a child.

Trump: I had an MRI and the result was outstanding.

      Reporter: Was it your brain?

Trump: I don’t know; you’re the doctor, you tell me. By the way, is this the subway? I seem to have gotten turned around somewhere ….

    2. “and whatever the results were, I aced it. Flying colors. Absolutely tremendous. They’d never seen such results before. Everyone saluted me when I left the room.”

i’m sorry , i’ve had several MRIs over the years and i could tell, with each one, if it was my head, knee or ankle.

    4. Dude doesn’t know who he’s pardoning, doesn’t know why he got an MRI.

Just a Weekend At Bernie’s going on here..

If someone else is making medical decisions for him that means he’s not considered competent due to some fairly obvious reason like dementia. The decision-maker should be a family member, and the spouse is legally next of kin unless he has a document somewhere naming someone else. Was Melania around that day?

Actually he should still know because even with people who can’t legally consent (children old enough to understand and people with neurological disabilities) they generally do try really hard to provide an age/ability appropriate explanation to make sure the patient understands what’s going to happen and is okay with it.

    6. Must be nice to get a scan in a whim and don’t even bother to find out why when that same scan costs us normals several thousand dollars

    7. When we first suspected that my mother-in-law was showing signs of dementia, her doctor sent her for a scan. She didn’t know, either. We told her it was her heart and she bought it.

    8. Yeah, if I’m conscious and a doctor tells me they want an MRI I am asking why, not going “ooh, shiny tube!!”

Or like I had to for my mom that had dementia. Would ask me at least three or four times on the way, where are we going? Why do I need to see the doctor?

    10. America is so bizarre. If our PM did even a fraction of the shit he does, he’d be out of a job the next day.

    11. This is the orange 🤡at his best… the puppeteers have not told him what to say, so he says exactly what is in his brain😒

    12. That could actually be the truth. Because with a brain scan, you *want* an unremarkable brain. That means nothing is out of the ordinary. An extraordinary brain scan means the doc is having a wet dream about the case studies to come of that fucked up mess on the screen

The greatest MRI results anyone has ever seen. They came up to me with tears in their eyes and they said, “We know about Bubba.”

    14. He does know. He just doesnt want to say out loud and make him look weak like Biden. It would be further proof that his health is bad and not perfect like he claims. So he just lies, like everything else.

    15. I’ve had numerous MRI’s since my cancer diagnose three years ago and I’m always told beforehand what’s being scanned and why. No one just gets an MRI for the hell of it. He knows exactly what was scanned, he’s just lying like usual.

    16. Doesn’t know why he needed one but when it was over he was told it was the highest rated MRI in medical history 😝
