      thats the children of manfred haberland, one of the richest people back then. these money would buy you a small town back then. but he loved his children and sometimes let them play with some bricks of money for all their fun and giggles, until he put them back in the safe.

      I remember reading that people would have to wheelbarrow money around to pay for menial things

      Serious question going to sound dumb. Once hyperinflation ends do they use a new currency? Or is that stuff years later finally worth something. I’m assuming when that happens it’s typically the down fall of a gov?
