    1. Holy shit, amazing transformation! Great job, I know how hard that journey is and it’s absolutely brutal. I hope you’re really proud of yourself

    2. Thank you for giving me some very much needed inspiration today!

You should be incredibly proud, you did that shit girl and you absolutely killed it!

    3. Wow, what a transformation! You look great, but it’s not even about that. Well done for walking the road, doing the very hard work, and hopefully now you’re in a much healthier place.

      How do you feel?

Great job, that’s so awesome! I’m pretty much at your before photo currently and you have definitely inspired me 🙂

    5. What do you think it would look like if you lost the weight unnaturally?

I think it would start to glow with the necromantic energies of a hallowed blood coven rather than that off-brand green necromantic bayou glow like you find in Louisiana.

      Yoooo! Major congrats!

I lost that much weight when I was younger. If you’re interested, I have some things so share as someone a little farther down the road:

The loose skin *will* get better, but it takes a long time. It will never completely go away, but that’s okay! No body is perfect, nor should it be.

Stretch marks get less noticeable, but also may never completely go away. I think they’re kinda neat, now (but no one but me notices them).

It’s totally normal for weight to fluctuate. Don’t panic or shame yourself if you gain weight sometimes. You know exactly what you need to do to take weight off! You’ve proven that already.

People that didn’t use to give you the time of day are suddenly going to have a LOT more interest in you. It definitely CAN get to your head, so be mindful of that. It reveals a lot about how people judge you based on your appearance. It can be a bummer.

Lastly, fuckin enjoy it! There’s a whole lot of stuff that you might enjoy now that you didn’t used to. I like running, apparently? I never knew that until I lost weight haha. Definitely find ways to be active you enjoy because that’s how you keep weight off.

I dunno if any of that is helpful but I wish someone had told me that stuff when I lost weight!
