I’m a little suspect just because of the wording. No serious lawyer would consistently refer to Trump as “the Defendant, Donald J. Trump”. You would define him as a Defendant and refer to him as such the rest of the way. Is there a more legit source for this than a screenshot? There is also some weird punctuation errors.
This is from the lawsuit that was filed in 2016. This isn’t even new info right now, we have known about this for years and there was still nothing done about it.
