Burger King employees have seen some things but watching someone order the triple whopper always hits different for them

    2. For real though, how is that possible? Or are they just trying to conserve pattys, because they’re running low?

Imagine pulling up hungry and they tell you they ran out of “triple” like it’s a rare gem

    4. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

But if I am in a Burger King, we know where my standards went long ago.

    5. To be fair three patties on one burger was an overkill, it’s just hard to eat at that point xD

triple whopper is sold out because your stomach capacity is the only thing they won’t maximize

    7. I tried to order a Double from Wendy’s during early covid. The drive-thru clerk told me they weren’t selling Doubles because of the beef shortage. So I ordered two singles.

      “Pull up, please.”

    8. Isn’t it because mains are usually less profitable than sides and drinks on fast foods? Maybe they’re just reducing stock expenditure to strengthen profits (more patties = more burgers that can be sold in meals). Sounds silly for 1 extra patty but yeah.
