67 is so harmless and it’s the easiest way to connect with kids in decades. And it’s better than devious licks.

Idk why ppl can’t just chill and let kids have a little harmless fun. This’ll just be replaced with something equally annoying later on. Join it. Embrace it.

    3. #8 ?? If someone stretches their clothes or their hoodie, it’s their business and responsibility. Also if someone needs to bring a fidget to focus or be calm then there is nothing wrong with that

    4. When I was in high school in the early 90s multiple teachers banned “D’oh!”

      Some things never change.

    5. Why the fuck is 67 banned? That’s like the most benign kid-meme there is right now. It means nothing, it has an innocuous origin… it’s just silly.

    6. The YMCA may need to bring in a bunch of 40-50 year old moms to hold a “67” rally. They could hand out 67 stickers, do the 67 dance, maybe a freestyle real battle to end the night. Guarantee no kids would mention 67 again.

First one was light hearted to keep things “cool”, almost every one of those is to prevent bullying lol.

Sharing food is probably Kid A stole Kid Bs snacks and said that Kid B said he was sharing. Or allergies/religious reasons.

No bringing toys from home is because some kids steals that toy, and now the that kid is crashing out and parents are bugging the teacher about it.

Inappropriate dancing and sounds is pretty fucking blatant given what kids see today: “Can I get a HoooYeah” and TikTok dances for example. A teacher doesn’t want a class full of kids moaning or doing whatever suggestive dance is popular at that moment.

Sooo…..anyone with any form of ND is not going to fit in there…..I remember when the YMCA was inclusive of everyone.

    9. Genuine question, when did people start calling them “stuffies” instead of “stuffed animals”? Or was it always a thing?
