    1. How’s Hamilton even part of Toronto? If you’re considering only cities, Mississauga and Brampton are bigger than most cities on the list.

    2. I realize calling us Eastern Canada annoys the Atlantic provinces and calling us Central Canada annoys the Prairies, but I’ve never heard Ontario and Québec called “Heartland” before. I don’t like it. Sounds American.

    3. Density per square klick? Klick is not an acceptable option, particularly when km2 is shorter when written and much clearer

      Doing it by CMA has a lot of flaws. In a lot of cases there are cities on this list that are actually v dense, but the surrounding area lumped in with them is v sparse. Even when thinking about Toronto’s density, it seems weird for Georgina to factor into that

    5. What is ‘the heartland’. This has never been a term used by Canadians to describe Ontario and Quebec.
