Is every cuneiform tablet just people complaining about stuff? Like a 4000 year old prototype for reddit. I guess some things never change.

This text is of course unrelated to turkic language which isn’t indigenous to that region. Maybe it is better to say in what language it is. Is it in an Indo-European language?
