Johnson won’t certify the Democrat until after the December 2 special election in Tennessee. Van Epps is expected to win and negate the vote to release the Epstein files.
They have it all planned out.

Not even close. The Democrats now own the outcome of the shutdown and the shutdown itself. They shifted to vote in FAVOR of the Republican plan — the results are now theirs. This is not worth a potential vote on the Epstein files. This is disastrous.
