The Salado lived in Adobe and boulder walled compounds in the flat areas. This was before a different culture pushed them out and lived up in the clift dwellings when water became more scarce. I wonder if this came from a burial.
this really wouldn’t look too out of place today, except for the rarity of excellent craftsmanship
