    1. I thought about it but “better”

You give them all X amount of money, and you tell them they have to buy groceries for a family of 4.

Before they go in, they should make a wish list of what a family of 4 need.

Then you set them free to buy whatever they can with the money they got and see how it end.

Why ask for the price of an item, when you can have them hunting in a real supermarket?

I’m down, but what is the incentive? Do we get anything if they lose? Do they have an incentive if they win?

I’m not defending them, but if I was that out of touch and knew I’d be embarrassed on national TV, there’s gotta be an underlying reason to voluntarily do so. Not a single one of those pricks would “play” this game because they don’t win anything or get anything out of this, they’d lose face, or prove how dumb we think they are.

Ultimately, I think this should be a thing. Rich people, people out of touch with reality, people who haven’t lived like an average person in over a decade or two, should really have to try it out and struggle like us for a set amount of time just to see what we deal with and how their decisions affect the populace.
