The subreddit for the read the rules app, which is supposed to help you if you having issues with the read the rules app, cannot be accessed unless you have used the read the rules app.

Was having issue acknowledging that I've read the rules on a subreddit, so went to this subreddit for help, which I was directed to if it said I was having trouble. Only to be told I need to do the ae thing before I can actually post on that subreddit. Seems kind of dumb. u/MrTommyPickles and u/read-the-rules explain yourselves.
