I know it's not exactly right but it sounds funny so please compromise some historical correctness

    1. Gauls were not Germanic. Germanic franks migrated to the region after the Roman conquests. And while Franks imported elements of their culture there is little suggestion that they completely replaced the demographics of country.

    2. Now I start to wonder how it is with Belgians because the speak in Vlaanderen Dutch (a Germanic language) and in Wallonië they speak French and also in a small part the speak german but the two main languages are Dutch and French.

    3. And Maghrebin people are not arabic, they are Berbers, Turks are not Turks, they are a mix of whatever Anatolia had before the Seljuks.

    4. They’re Gauls who were latinized and then conquered by the Franks who assimilated considering they were outnumbered 10 to 1 population wise and needed the favor of their subjects. The English are Britons who miscegenated with the conquering Angles, Saxons and Jutes with West England being the region that stayed incredibly Brythonic genetically with only 10 to 20% being Germanic DNA. Then you have East Anglia where they be 35 to 40% Germanic. The Austrians as well as Bavarians are known to be Celtic genetically with some Germanic ancestry but apparently, Bavarians have Mediterranean genes as well apparently.

No, the Franks are Germans, but the French are Romances, remember that the majority of the Germanic peoples who achieved a kingdom in Roman lands were minorities in their own kingdoms, which in the long run ended up being assimilated or expelled in the Ostrogothic case.

    6. But the frankish people were a minority group, the mayority of the current french people are descendants of the Gallo-Romans.

    7. The French kind of stopped being German in any sense a long time ago. They’re the product of a melding between gaullish celts and romanized peoples and germanic franks.

    8. 1. The French were never German/Germanic, the Franks (who conquered Roman Gallia and give name to France and the modern French people) were Germanic, but they were a small ruling minority, outnumbered by the native Gallo-Romans, the modern French have more celtic/Mediterranean blood than Frankish.

      2. The men depicted crying through the window look Celtic, not Germanic.
