      It’s more like the hypothetical idea one might allegedly take to make a plan that could, by some assessments, replace the ACA and be, by some thinkers, be better, theoretically. Don’t quote me though. 

    2. 9 years into it, they still haven’t offered anything other than “the system is broken”.

      As I tell my employees, bring solutions, not problems. If you say it’s broken and have no suggestions to improve it, don’t bitch it no one else has a better idea
