Wewelsburg Castle Painting, Who is this Painter, “B. Brechmann”. Painting dated 1944.

Can someone please help me evaluate this painting from 1944 and determine its worth?

Some information on the castle:

Prior to the Nazi Party taking power Heinrich Himmler, as Reichsführer-SS, had decided that the SS should have a retreat at a castle "in the heartland of Hermann der Cherusker" (Armin the Cheruscian). Initially Himmler showed an interest in Burg Schwalenberg [de] but negotiations failed in early 1933; he then visited Wewelsburg at the suggestion of a local Nazi leader, Adolf von Oeynhausen [de] (1877-1953).[6]
