Some more context: This is a picture from a 4th Tier soccer game in Turkey between Afyonspor and Eskişehirspor. These are the Eskişehir away fans who apparently climbed the net to rip off a banner that was placed by the home fans above them.
Edit: The banner said “Babamız Afyonspor” (Afyonspor is our father)
Edit 2: They succeeded, the banner was taken off
