Based on the women’s silhouettes, this is probably about 1900, no later than 1910. That “pigeon-breast” shape caused by the s-bend corest that pushed the hips back and bust forward, most visable in the woman in the center of the street in the purple skirt, makes this Edwardian era.

What an exciting time to be alive this must have been. If I could pick any life span in history to live, I think id pick being born in 1885 and living until 1975 or so.
