Texas was really bred differently. In-bred?

    1. When will they reintroduce crucifixion? Or is that the next step after they make lynching legal again too?

I’d love for them to go to court and try to prove the bible is against homosexuality

    3. I feel like Judges should have to uphold the law regardless of religious views, making religious exceptions for this profession is unreasonable, in my opinion.

I wonder if they’re going to allow civil suits against these judges for their refusal after they violate the other important rules of their “religion”. Cheat on your wife? Cool, now we know you’re not a true follower of whatever stupid text you claim you worship.

      Religion is child abuse.

    5. If a judge is trying to deny on religious reasons, make him prove he is religious. Tithing 10% of salary? Any divorces or abortions in the family? How often do they go to church service?

    6. Fine. From now on, if judges are incapable of being impartial, they must all be atheist. Ban Christians, Muslims, Jews, etc. from the bench.

    7. So if a judge doesn’t want conservatives to reproduce, can he rule that they get sterilized?

Same sex couples should stop moving to and living in Texas and go buy homes and pay their taxes and contribute to other communities where they are wanted and welcomed.

At this point? Just leave. You can’t change those other ignorant, horrible, immoral and unkind people. Leave them to their misery and let them stew in it.

    9. You know the lady who originally brought this case, I fucking guarantee you she wouldn’t complain about her religious freedom if she had to rule on a death sentence case.

Fucking hypocrites, these people aren’t pro anything they’re anti-humans

      Demons.

    10. Very stupid but Texas never surprises me. Gay people wanting to get married in TX should get a JP or be married by anyone but a judge.

Isn’t it interesting, how angry Evangelical Christians get when I tell them I refuse to do something for them because their being an evangelical Christian goes against my “sincerely-held religious beliefs”.

Guess what, Evangelical Christians? We can play that game, too.

But what if it’s against their religion to persecute people based on race? You know like the Bible says.

    13. Will they have a notice on the door of the courthouse?

“Attention same sex couples that wish to get married. Please talk to Judge Jones in courtroom 3A as he doesn’t mix his personal feelings with his official duties. We don’t even know what his personal feelings are.

Do not go to courtroom 3B. Judge Smith is in there and not only will he refuse to marry you, he will condemn you to hell and then force you to watch 36 hours of videotape that were once used at a youth conversion therapy camp.

If you want to avoid Judge Smith and don’t have time to wait for Judge Jones, you can see Judge Baker in courtroom 3C, He will perform the marriage ceremony but with a disapproving look on his face.

      Welcome to Texas justice.”

I’m fine with this, as long as they hold them to EVERYTHING ELSE that is against their religion. If it’s a female judge, get the hell out! Go back home and stay silent. If it’s a male judge, we’re circumcising you if you’re not. If you touch another man’s wife we’re stoning you to death.

Enough with this cherry picking bullshit.
