You’re going to need some magic friends. A transmutation wizard and a druid. Have them cast the following in this order.
1. Flesh to stone, you are now a petrified stone statue (can substitute with gorgan breath or gaze of medussa)
2. Shape stone (you have now been reshaped into a table)
3. Transmutation wizard uses his philosophers stone ( not the genocide rock one ) to change material from stone to wood.
4. Druid casts awaken to return your sentience.
Congrats on being a table. This process is non reversible.Â

I am not as much impressed by this happening but much more by the envy inducing thickness
