It is not a lie it is an ad that tells the American people the truth about tariffs and their long term impact. Scared people who always lie and try to control run afraid of the truth. This is a great example.

Ok hear me out, what if someone puts out an AI ad that makes Trump get confused and does good things for this country? Can we use AI to turn this dumb fuck around?
The anti-tariff sentiment in the ad is consistent and repeated throughout his speech. The whole reason he gives the speech seems to be that he’s violating his free trade principles by imposing a tariff. So he wants to explain it. And his explanation is that while tariffs are overall a bad idea, they can be used in a limited and targeted manner to fix a specific issue.
In this case, he believes that Japanese companies have violated a trade agreement related to semiconductors, and is enacting the tariffs as a response in advance of a meeting with the Japanese PM where he hopes to resolve the issue and remove the tariffs.

Anyone waiting for the sky to fall because of tariffs it’s not like that. It’s a slow drain on all aspects of all economic activity. Literally stripping 10- 90% of all economic output and giving it to a government. A government that runs multi trillion dollar debts every year- so a black hole. Nothing created, no innovation nothing to show for it. A leaking boat.
