What is this, “now” you’re speaking of? Every second he has been in office he has been stealing from the taxpayers.
What’s needed here is “yet again”, or “even more”.

I think the correct term would be embezzlement. Trump is entrusted as President to properly spend the taxpayer money allocated from the U.S. Treasury while he is actually diverting it into his own pocket.
