Anyone else have a random pony picture taken? Me less than a year old in front of the apartment I lived in. A random man traveling with a pony in the city used to take these pictures for a few bucks.

Wow, such a little tot to be sitting up there all on your own. That must have been one very well behaved pony.

I remember talking about this very thing with coworkers back in the 90’s and they looked at me like I was crazy! My folks have pictures of me and all 3 of my sisters on the pony that came through our neighborhood a few times a year for photos. It was in the mid to late 60’s for me.

My brother’s friend had one. Just tiny him, sitting on a pony in front of his house, which was across the (normal suburban) street from ours. He had a ton of older siblings and none of them had the pic. I don’t know where my brother and I were when the pony guy came as neither of us have the picture.

My nieces had a pony at their birthday party when they were little kids.
