    1. As someone who grew up with and made Hamburger Helper, it was always one of our go-to meals when we were broke.

This not a sign of America being great again.

What’s next? Cream of Chicken soup mixed with egg noodles?

Once you hit that, it’s not too many steps down to gruel or cabbage soup.

I’m sure they won’t be serving Hamburger Helper in the new White House ballroom.

*She can tell you about the soaring grocery prices*
*With a gleam in her eye*
      *It’s interesting when people die*
      *Give them Hamburger Helper*

    3. Always a winner during Recessions as are chips (crisps). People start eating sandwiches as their meal.

    4. “I don’t know why they call this stuff Hamburger Helper. It does just fine by itself.”

As a Canadian, there’s a fucking breakfast Hamburger Helper?!?! For all that is holy and unholy, why?!?!

    6. Fox News: Too broke to eat? Buy instant ramen and stop complaining about a $300 million ballroom, you stupid liberals.

Eat enough of it and you’ll need all the cholesterol and blood pressure medication that Republicans are trying to make unaffordable too!

And seriously, having grown up poor I ate way too much of that shit. My mom used to add extra noodles to make it stretch further.

    8. Walmart always does the best financially when there’s recession. Same time brands like Hamburger Helper that people stop buying when they have money.

    9. Fox in the coming days:

“Listen up guys, Costco hotdogs are $1.50 and packed full of nutrition. Why would anyone want anything other than $1.50 hotdogs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Once again we thank President Donald Trump for making America great again!!!”

    10. Yeah, and a Hamburger Helper meal at current prices is still about $10. Feeding just that to your family every night would set you back $70 a week. I don’t live in the U.S. anymore, but I can imagine it must be extremely difficult to feed a family of 4 on $1000 per month.

    11. “Groceries will be cheaper on day one.”

And now “here’s how to hopefully not starve.”

    12. But Trump just said everything was better and prices are down on everything food, gas, etc? It was all Bidens fault but he fixed it already why would people need to buy Hamburger Helper when they can afford steaks as all the prices are down according to our supreme leader and genius self made entrepreneur president Donald J Trump, the greatest president in the history of the world…better than Lincoln, better that Washington, better than Roosevelt…Just ask him.

Oh really? I’m guessing no one writing that crap has actually priced out ground beef lately. I don’t eat beef but Google says, ground beef is up to $7.32 per lb, which is $1.77 more than in January 2025, meaning it’s gone up 30% since Trump has been in office.

Weird: I didn’t have to make these cutbacks under Obama or Biden. Didn’t Trump say we’d all get tired of winning?

Do you guys remember under the last guy we weren’t having to eat this because we could afford better food; now look at where we are at. It’s only going to get worse
