Michael Jackson’s death overshadowed her. I always thought it was a shame. Especially considering she was brave enough to share her chemotherapy sessions with others going through the same thing.

I watched a video of all 8 of the late Greg Giraldo’s appearances on Comedy Central celebrity roasts, from 2005-10. CC was at the peak of their power as a broadcaster, so these got a lot of eyeballs. Granted, this was 15-20 years ago, but I was shocked by how many dais performers are now dead, including Farrah Fawcett, who passed 3 years after her appearance on the William Shatner roast.
