      At the time, their marriage was deteriorating, and this project became a subtle reflection of that.
      Some interpret the images as a daily ritual of love, while others see them as a mournful goodbye repeated over and over.
      Eventually, Yōko left him in 1976, and this series gained more weight as a visual record of a relationship slipping away.
