Consider getting another pair to alternate wearing, it allows them to dry out between use.
Also replace them every year regardless of how they look, it’s the support inside wearing down that is important.

Check out On’s white sneakers. I walk 8-9k daily average and they look a lot better after a few years, especially the wear on the bottom. They are a bit more “sporty” but probably why they are structurally better built
