80 year-old Natalie Grabow of the US has just completed an ironman triathlon: a 2 mile ocean swim; a 112 mile bike ride; a 26 mile run. She’s the 1st female in her age group to ever finish.

Her time was 16:45, which is undeniably slow, but also the more impressive: it means she kept going for almost 17 hours. Absolute boss. Bonus: the heat and humidity at the event were so intense some leaders dropped out, unable to finish.

    2. I hope if I ever become 80 I will have the sanity just exist without needing to prove anything and then die after a Cheetos bender

So this is what you look like after 80 years of training. Good to know, I’m going to save some money on my gym membership.

    5. Damn Natalie, I’m out here finding cookies on my couch and you’re out there crushing it and putting my lazy much younger ass to shame!

Alright, I’ll go buy more cookies tomorrow on foot rather than the train, Natalie!

So proud of you, by the way, you fierce you!
