Members of the the anti-fascist Cervi family. They were peasant farmers whose seven sons were executed by firing squad as reprisals of two fascist officials killed earlier (Dec. 28, 1943). The oldest was 42 and youngest 21. 1935 (1920×1313)
Their mother Geneoffa Cocconi died a year later in 1944 due to a broken heart, while the patriarch Alcide Cervi and their two daughters died in the 70s.
