A friend of mine has a tree up year round that she decorates for different holidays. It’s fun!

I went to a hotel for a pre-Christmas break once, and there was a huge chess convention taking place all weekend.
There’s nothing worse than chess nuts boasting in an open foyer..

Having two decorations meant for different holidays is convenient! Maybe I could try this for both Christmas and New Year.

They’re trying to walk without rhythm so as to confuse Mariah Carrey.

Is the Easter bunny handing out 4th of July firecrackers to go with it?….

In all fairness, decorations for both are on sale in the US.

They might as well just call it an Applebee’s tree since it’s just a conglomerate of American culture

I’m sad my kids aren’t home for Halloween this year so I’m leaving decorations up to mingle with Thanksgiving ones. Similar colors anyway and they share pumpkins!

So did cracker barrel. But they replaced everything with Christmas stuff now because Halloween is out of season. Gotta tell Japan that Halloween is outta season!

I’m curious what they’d do for Easter and May 2-4?

I have a black mini fake tree that I decorate for Halloween. If my cold dead goth heart was capable of it, I would say I love that tree.Â
Japanese have always been very efficient. As time goes by it seems the commercial world is closing the gap between Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas. The Japanese are simply getting ahead of it and combining it all together it’s probably a small little turkey tucked around behind the tree.

This is what happens when they can’t agree over Hex vs. Octal.
