There is nothing stopping him from leaving. However, let’s look at factual details. Where is he going to just “up and go” with no plan or no restrictions? Most countries won’t take him.
Trump can’t keep him here. He can leave as he wants. That’s not the difficult part.
The difficult part is people thinking they can just re-home themselves in another country tomorrow.
So many countries have strict requirements to even get in and most of them require you to have a valued skill that is sorely needed in their country, which most US citizens don’t have.

Isn’t the MAGA slogan itself an indication that they don’t like the USA as is and want to change it, therefore they should be the ones to leave and find a country more in line with their values?
