    1. Say what you want about the Kennedy family (and being a Mass native & lifelong resident, I have a lot to say), but they were absolute masters of connecting with the common man. People loved them because there was always this sense that at any moment they could stroll through your front door with a bag of groceries just when the bills were getting tight.

      Beautiful to see a time when politicians actually went out and met people face to face like this. Feels like a different world.
