They are being helpful buddy why do you gotta make them feel like dicks ☹️

I appreciate their efforts. Publishers who post their music on youtube without lyric should be beaten with a rake.

Haven’t watched since a long time, but is Blackbeard now a fucking poet or something?

    4. Some authors don’t add lyrics. This makes it easier to understand what the song is even about and remember it for longer.

      My grandpa fought in WW2

He was such a noble dude

      I can’t even finish school

Missed my mom and left too soon

      His dad was a fireman

      Who fought fires so violent

I think I bored my therapist

      From playing him my violin

OH MY GOD! He’s so insane

OH MY GOD! It’s such a shame

Next to them my shit doesn’t feel so grand

But I can’t stop myself from feeling bad

I kinda feel like two things can be said

      The worlds smallest violin

      Really needs an audience

So if I do not find somebody soon

I will blow up into smiterines

      And spew my tiny symphony

To just let me play my violin for you you you

      >! Lyrics I remember !<

    6. It’s because the comments are bundled together with those of the video version of the song (that doesn’t have lyrics most of the time)

    7. Because the rest of the comments are “who else is still listening to this in 2025,” so our options are limited.

    8. Same thing with Reddit and posting exactly what OP said in the comments, and it somehow gets to be the top comment.

Tbh not all songs has lyrics and you may doesn’t know this but: not everyone are bilingual. For example my English wrote sux and listened sucks way more.

    10. And I really appreciate them when artists don’t upload lyrics themselves. It is useful for people who don’t speak the language well, if the song is fast or hard to understand from the distortion, or if you want to learn the lyrics.

The most evil people are who post karaoke versions without lyrics in the video and disable comments. Like thanks, I guess I gotta learn it first before singing🫤

    11. One of my best friends used to have this weird hobby of finding obscure white rappers on YouTube and dissing them in the comments. I don’t know why, he had issues.

Anyway he shows me some Slim Jesus video and someone in the comments posted the lyrics but they misheard “Pop the Tylenol III in” as “pop the top and let all three in.” LOL like WTF would that even mean…?

    12. Used to think it’s silly but turns out theyre the goats, most of the times the video wont have lyrics and on the phone if I minimize youtube to look the lyrics up it pauses

My favourite comments are the ones with the lyrics~ you also can’t beat when a music video has lyrics on screen, in the description, and as the top comment

Because in-time captions are really freaking difficult to engage with all piecemeal, one line at a time. Its helpful to see the whole thing in one place.

Shoutout to people who make comment with timestamps for separate songs on full album/OST videos without chapters.

    16. argonian_mate on

Because usually their comment is the only one that’s useful to anyone in any way.

I usually do that so i can have the lyrics right there when i want to follow them while listening
