    1. I saw someone comment “disgraced financier” is a strange way to say “pedophile sex-trafficker.” It is revolting that they still try to put honor on his abysmal name.

They didn’t do this because SCOTUS suddenly cares about the law. They did it because it would rob Trump and his administration of the leverage they currently have on Maxwell. She doesn’t need a pardon if her conviction is overturned.

Well, with that avenue cut off, does anyone want to take bets on how long before Donnie tries commuting or pardoning her sentence? And if he doesn’t, how long before we start seeing reports of her telling folks just how engrained he is in those files?

Donnie boy can only keep the truth under wraps for so long.

Yeah cuz they’re gonna do all the other bad shit this term so they’re lubing us up with this one

    5. I feel like this is the worse of two outcomes she can now deal directly with Trump for a pardon because the SC opted to not look under the hood.

“Oops, we accidentally deported her to Epstein Island. Paperwork mixup.”

    7. Then a presidential pardon must already be drafted and will be announced later today

    8. Gotta be honest, I was *really* expecting them to let her off. That said, didn’t that appeal start *before* she did everything for Trump and got moved? I’m betting he’ll be pardoning her before he leaves office….*if* he leaves office.

The fact that I even have to hear about a distinct possibility of a pardon for her is insulting.

    10. so, is there a path forward where she might get a commutation or something if she helps prosecutors? My first read is that now she might not be motivated to help at all and just hold out for a trump pardon
