We’re in it deep now, folks. There is no other classification for the administration’s latest siege on American cities other than a hostile authoritarian takeover.
We will not receive any stabilization efforts from Congress or the Supreme Court. Democratic state and local leaders, and their constituents need to galvanize and orchestrate a plan of resistance *now*.
It is going to require dialogue and coordination between government and constituency outside the traditional norms that we’ve all known in our lifetime. Fascists will not respond to or participate in traditional political procedure and discourse. We’ve arrived at the all-hands moment in this disastrous shit show of Trump II.
