This exactly why even the people going “innocent til proven guilty is just a court thing” piss me off to no end. Its literally free to shut the fuck up until you actually know something. Just because somebody says something doesn’t make it true, even if they’re in law enforcement. Until there’s some concrete investigation people need to chill out. It actually doesn’t help no one and is usually just to pat yourself on the back.
