Idk If sticking your key in something that may not give it back, is the best idea

Wonder how many people are going to get their key stuck in a trolley at the supermarket after this

Just make a spare key before trying. Or buy a key blank and use it as the trolley key

I don’t know about Lidl, but at Aldi’s here in the States when you get to the register the cashier puts all your groceries in the cart the last person left and then you slide your now empty cart up to the cashier and take the one with your groceries away to the bagging area, leaving your original cart for the next person’s groceries. So you never end up with the same cart you came in with, nor therefore the same quarter. Wouldn’t want to explain mid-line that I really need my key back from the person behind me!

    5. You can order keychains with shopping cart coins on Temu/AliExpress that you can immediately take out of the shopping cart.

The square headed opening key off a can of spam can be used to detach a trolley without having to leave it in the trolley.

    7. And they hurt when you walk past a trolley not expecting a key to be sticking out and it scratches/stabs you
