In Madrid if you paint “7291” in any wall it gets painted in gray for free in a couple of hours.

not the whole of Spain, it’s mostly in Madrid, which has a mayor which is heavily aligned with Israel(had ‘Friend of Israel 🇮🇱’ in her bio until three years ago).
