    1. Remind them they get into the semantic argument of “The ‘AR’ in ‘AR-15’ doesn’t stand for ‘Assault Rifle'”. Oh and their leader was a Democrat from New York who wants people to get vaccinated.

They are now honestly. The term liberal has been used to much to describe the left that its more associated with them than libertarians

I honestly don’t know the difference. Are leftists further left? Where are Bernie and AOC? I consider myself SCAFL.

    4. Nowadays it seems like liberal just means zionist and leftist means socialist. I’m obviously over-generalizing but that seems to be the pattern IMO.

The world has given up on anyone within the borders of the United States having any clue what political left and right even means. To most of the world US Democrats are barely centrists let alone on the left let alone extreme left.

Same with Conservative and Republican lol.

Political parties make everything really confusing on purpose.

I’ll never understand these posts. What’s the point? It just feels like circle jerking “you have no idea just how far left I am!!” People don’t even know!! In Europe AOC would be a klan member!!”. How is this helpful in any way?

I dont like republicans. But i also dont like the democrats. Id prefer a third party.

I also kinda like anarchy a bit.

      What does that make me?

    9. liberalism is the vast middle or at least used to be.

it’s the basic idea of free trade and the rule of law

    10. I think you meant to say Radical left socialist Communist Marxist fascist antifa woke trans dei violent thugs?

      The DNC are Capitalists.
      The RNC are Oligarchs.
Neither truly care about the citizens.

Also, imagine trying to explain to them that neoliberalism is actually a conservative ideology and falls on the center-right of the political spectrum.

    13. liberals are about personal freedoms while the opposite is authoritarian which is full government control. whether that is being able to carry a gun or wear a dress. left politics are more about going in a direction closer to socialism or communism where companies are highly regulated to force corporation to provide more for the labor forces and the poor. while the right is more capitalistic where markets have free reign and are completely controlled by market forces.

There is definitely a happy medium somewhere, but it is a delicate balancing act.

    14. Who cares. Leftists aren’t violent as a whole, not enough to be grouped together and treated as criminals. The right do more violent acts yet the one sided nature of the attention tells you how this country is doing.

I’ve never identified as either, I just vote for the people I think are most right in their policy ideas and could have the biggest positive impact in any given election and that’s never been a Republican, not even in small town local elections. I’m sick of people playing politics like sports teams and naming their teams
