Just make sure they can’t be bought or threatened and then maybe justice will finally be served on these people. They deserve it.

Watch the DNC launch a reconciliation program and forgive everyone involved. Reform the dems before ending the reign of Shitler or all you’ll get is a Nazi-light techno regime

Everyone acting like he won’t pardon himself and his enablers…. Cmon people! Don’t act surprised when he does it.

    4. He will issue pardons for his closest conspirators. I’m sure he extends that offer early on and then holds it over people’s heads when they have second thoughts.

Whenever the current shitshow is coming to an end, republicans will surely be in favor of such ideas, also to remove the pardon power.

But first after Trump has pardoned everyone who pays in hard cash…

That’s the problem with having a two party system, where one always acts in bad faith.

    6. Investigations up the entire Trump Administration’s asses and you don’t stop till you hit the back of the fuckin teeth. From the Rooter to the Tooter.

There needs to be a brand new Nuremberg-style court. Everyone in the administration, everyone involved with ICE, everyone period.

    8. I’m order for that to happen, there are going to need to be a whole slew of Democrats who have no fucks to give and don’t care if their political careers are toast afterwards.

    9. The next President needs to campaign on tasking congress with passing laws that ensure nothing like this ever happens again. The number one priority of the next administration (besides undoing everything Trump is doing) needs to be plugging all the holes the current admin is shining a light on.

    10. SO. MUCH. THIS.

We need some Nuremburg trials for these treasonous pieces of shit. Don’t stop with the top people, it should trickle down to the spineless Republican members of congress that did NOTHING to stop this.

    11. This all is going to be so fucked to unwind.

Like, what does it look like when federal government employees took an oath specifically to Donald Trump. They canned the non-compliant? So, the only ones left are the ones willing to do that, whether they meant it or not?

Honestly, it is going to take a generation or two to fix what these ding dongs are doing, presuming we can ever recover.

    12. Hey, let’s not limit it to presidential crimes. His Republican congressional enablers and supreme court justices are equally guilty!

      Make Nuremberg great again!

    13. That’s called IG’s (Inspector Generals). Instead of creating a new do nothing commission how about protect the IG’s from presidential retribution. Make them un-fireable except in cases of gross misconduct. The first thing this tyrant did was fire the IG’s which should have been the canary in the coal mine.

    14. It needs to involve the international criminal court too. If it is just the Dems or just the “left” it will be seen as retribution and vengeance. It needs to be done in a way that will look like justice

      He’s not wrong

We will NEVER get this but we absolutely need something like a truth and reconciliation commission when (if) we come out the other side of this. It is extremely alarming how easy it’s been for fascism to take over our government. If we get through this we need radical changes to our structure; it helps fucking no one if an EO is declared illegal like 6 months after he signs it. The whole “the wheels of justice move slowly” thing just doesn’t cut it anymore. In the time it takes the judicial to catch up, people have been deported to hellholes in El Salvador for months

    16. Political blue balls be real, ’cause this kinda accountability talk gets me more hyped than finale seasons. 😂 Hold onto that thought, folks, maybe write it down for when we need a reminder in the next election cycle or sumthin’!

    17. I remember the response to Putin and Netanyahu not being charged with war crimes was “but then they might go after Bush & Obama for war crimes” and my response is… Good?

Here I am, an intellectual – maybe if the world prosecuted war crimes more we’d have less war crimes and that’s a good thing!?
