This is such good advice. I work as a plumber 6 days a week in winter and basically wear work clothes and sleep clothes all winter. Last year I realized I never “get” to wear my good threads, till I realized even if it’s one day a week or for two hrs after work wearing my fav clothes makes me feel good and now is the time.
