Presidunce trump and his misfit misadministration people don’t quite know or really understand how the military of the United States works. Not a clue. Other than thinking we can change into a dictatorship where our armed forces can be used against our own citizens at the “Pleasure of the President”.
There’s this Constitution thing that the military signs up to protect and defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Our proud military will obey the orders of their officers and the President. But they have to be legal orders. That’s key. Legal. And that Constitution thing takes precedent.
Unfortunately the current commander in chief has always operated at the very edges of “legality” with a tremendously strong tendency to stretch or hide truths.
We can’t see his tax returns. We can’t see his scholastic records. We can’t see his medical records. We are being denied seeing the Epstein evidence. So Trump being completely transparent as he promised he would be. Right?
It’s very possible that there are people in this current White House, who possibly have never liked lawful behavior, fairness or the curiosity to study the Constitution and don’t have the better interests of the people of our country.
Hopefully our military will stick to the mission they are all charged with. I hope they will stand for our country, Constitution, the rule of law and our democracy. No other country or system of government has been as successful for supporting its citizenry, its opportunity, freedom or achieving the level of economic success and growth that compares to the United States of America.
We could be on the brink of losing it all with the disastrous economic chaos and malevolent political distortions being carried out by a convicted felon who never served only has his warped interests in mind. Those of us who have served, understand the depth of commitment to our country, democracy and Constitution. I hope all American patriots can all stay strong.
