Well its definitely the best zombie apocalypse anime I’ve seen. Gruesome and hopeless, awesome atmosphere. When you’re not attacked by melons of course.

One thing that blows my mind about DxD is that in that universe, God is dead. Like, *literally* dead. He died during the war between the three factions (Angels, Demons, and Fallen Angels), and that fact is hidden from the rest of the world by Heaven, with Archangel Gabriel taking over his duties in secret.
