Invasive species. They ruin local earthworms, plants, crops.
Do not chop it up, it will duplicate. Either burn or freeze it till its dead dead.
Also recommend reporting it to your local conservation office.

That looks like a hammerhead, which you would want to kill with fire.

Put em in a bag with tweezers then report it to a local wildlife authority. They’ll give you proper instructions on what to do with it or how to “take care*” of it

If you chop it in half, it will regrow into two new hammerhead worms lol. Planarians do this and it’s freaky as hell

Dude that is a hammerhead worm. They’re incredibly dangerous and release tetrodotoxin like pufferfish. Also report that to department of ag. Don’t touch it with your bare skin -use gloves or a tool. They don’t bite but secrete the toxin through their skin.

Hammerhead worm. Extremely invasive. Dispatch on sight.

Don’t touch it with bare skin, put it in a zip lock bag with a bunch of salt. Let it sit for a while til it’s dead. If you chop it in half you’ll have 2 worms. It is invasive in your area so best to kill it.

So I get they’re an invasive species. But they must be native to somewhere.
What the fuck naturally predates on these things, considering their natural regenerative abilities and the fact their they secrete the same incredibly lethal neurotoxin found in pufferfish?

That’s a flatworm.
No way you called a flat worm a bug.
Do not handle it with bare hands, it produces a toxic mucus and can irritate skin
It should also not be cut to kill it because they can regenerate quickly
To kill it, put it in a bag with salt and vinegar.
This is an invasive hammerhead flatworm. KILL IT!
