Ripley wore custom Reeboks (that is, custom made for the movie, not an in-universe custom order for the character) in *Aliens*. (The ‘Alien Stompers’ were available for a bit from Reebok, if you want a pair you can probably find them on Ebay)
In *Alien*, Ripley and the rest of the Nostromo crew wore what look like modified PF Flyers, with D-rings sewn on over the eyelets to make them ‘future-y’.

so there is a difference between high heel and hightop. Ripley is clearly wearing hightops not high heels.
I can’t see the actor’s feet well enough to judge for myself.
Either OPs conclusion is based on another photo or the movie itself, or OP is making an assumption.
Personally, I don’t recall the character wearing heels in the movie . . .
