Wait till you find out that Imperial Russia deported over 13000 people from East Prussia to Siberia during their Invasion there at the start of the War, and over 5000 of them never returned.
Wasnt even all germans, deported Lithuanians at random too.

Phhht that’s nothing. I Canada during WWI we interned Ukrainians because we thought they were too much like Germans or something. Also we stole most of their possessions while we did it.
Not a high point in our history.

This is taught in primary school in Britain.
It’s not exactly focused on but it is widely known that every German was treated as a spy, he’ll if you could speak German you probably got reported.
