Islam doesn’t have an equivalent to Christian Satan, the closest is Iblis who was a jinn that fell from grace for not obeying God, but it’s a very different story than Satan, and Jahannam(Islam hell) doesn’t have a ruler or anything, also there is a large part of Islam that believe hell is a temporary punishment for Muslims and the length of sentence is based on sins committed. I’m not a Muslim though I just like theology so if any of this is incorrect please feel free to correct it.
