Not totally accurate but I get the point of the quote. For example, sometimes change happens overtime so if you’re a runner and you’re not losing weight, maybe its because you’ve only been running for a week and excpect to lose weight instantly. In this case the solution isn’t to change your daily routine, but to keep at it until you get your results.
