Seriously, though, if you ever notice asymmetrical drooping in your face such as presented here, call 911 or your local equivalent, and get medical help immediately. You want a hospital with a stroke unit. Not all have them, and you do not want the delay of a transfer. If you are having a stroke every minute counts.
